fenders , tanks and chain guard are new reproduction
wheels are rebuilt w/ stainless spokes
good proper indian FDO**** serial # and good condition cases and round base cylinders.
frame # is powdercoated over-cant read
of course it will need additional parts and complete rebuild
this is a very nice sport scout project bike
